The long road to repair starts on June 4th
A recent survey by the Liberal Democrats has revealed that local people know our roads are a mess and action is required.
At the current rate of spending pavements will have to last 226 years and drains 300 years!
The recently approved Conservative budget means there are not enough funds allocated to prevent the road repairs backlog getting worse. The Conservative led Kent County Council are fixated with patching rather than a long term spending solution.
A long term road fix strategy is the best way to save council tax payers money.
On June 4th you can vote for this change.
IAN STONE, your local Liberal Democrat candidate for the Kent County Council division of Ashford Rural South is asking for your vote to make a real difference both locally and in Kent.
