Online Campaigns Launched by Lib Dems

Two new online campaigns have been launched as Ashford Lib Dems join together with hundreds of associations across the UK.
The first surrounds the party's continued opposition to ID Cards.
The ID Cards Bill received its 3rd Reading in the Commons this week. As publicity surrounding the issue inevitably increases the Liberal Democrats are urging opponents to sign the on-line petition and to encourage others to do the same.

Our second campaign site concerns the NHS.
As Liberal Democrats we believe in the National Health Service and we want to see it prosper. However, this also means pointing out where Labour's reforms are harming the NHS.
To help improve the NHS we need to hear from patients who have difficulty accessing treatment and from professionals prevented from providing the services the community needs.
http://www.LibDemNHSWatch.com will allow us to identify which NHS reforms are working and which are not, which targets distort clinical priorities and which issues those inside the 'Westminster bubble' really need to know about.
